How long does delivery take ?
Answer: 2-3 working days within the UK and Ireland. 3-5 working days for Europe. 5 working days for U.States and other International destinations.
Are there any delivery charges?
Answer: FREE DELIVERY (UK only), outside of the UK there will be a nominal £6 charge, see Shipping/Delivery.
Can my order be tracked?
Answer: Yes, delivery is fully traceable but dependent on the courier.
Which carrier does Panache use?
Answer: Currently Interlink, Parceline or Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.
What is the Panache Returns Policy?
Answer: You have 14days to return your purchase if you are unhappy. Your credit card will be credited (less any delivery costs to panache) once we have received and are satisfied with the condition of the goods. (see our returns policy in detail).

How do I accumulate and spend Bonus Points ?
Answer: Firstly, you need to register with us to benefit from the Bonus Points Scheme. Every shoe or bag you purchase will be allocated 'bonus points' (10points = £1). So the next time you make a purchase you will be discounted depending on the bonus points you have accumulated.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Answer: YES, if your order is for delivery within the UK. For Europe, U.States and other International destinations a nominal delivery charge of £6 will apply.(see Shipping/Delivery)
What happens when you don't have my size available?
Answer: Panache will try to assist you by ordering in your size. This would take between 1-2weeks if available from our suppliers stock.
What should I do if I order the incorrect size?
Answer: Please contact us before returning your shoes we will offer our best advice and assistance. Please also see our returns policy.
How do I find out my UK Size?
Answer: Please see our size conversion chart. For some guidance;

Sizes can vary from one shoe to another and can be style dependant. If you require some guidance please contact us.
Is the Panache site secure?
Answer: Yes, we use Protx secure website to enter your card and address details. Protx is one of the largest credit card processing companies in the world. If you feel unhappy entering your credit card details over the internet, please call us on 01628 483134 and our friendly staff will take your order over the phone.
Does Panache carry out repairs?
Answer: Only if the manufacturer can repair the shoe for us, this isn't always guaranteed.
Payments:
Can I pay in another currency ?
Answer: We only accept payment in £ Sterling. If payment is made via our secure payment system(Protx) using your credit card, your payment will be converted from any currency into £ Sterling by your credit card company.
Are prices inclusive of VAT ?
Answer: Yes, all our prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.

Answer: Yes, gift vouchers are available in any value and without any time restrictions.
