Delivery and Charges:

FREE DELIVERY for all British Isles orders.

UK Deliveries - Free of Charge on the assumption that you keep the shoes. Should you return them a nominal charge of £5 will be deducted when we refund your purchase. Should we be unable to make the delivery on the 3rd attempt and the goods are returned to Panache a charge of £10 will be levied to go towards outgoing and returning delivery charges. Please see our terms and conditions.

Europe - Delivery charge of £12.00 on all orders.

U.States & International - Delivery charge of £15.00 on all orders.

 Panache will email you confirming despatch of your order. Delivery should arrive 2-3 working days from confirmation of despatch for all British Isles deliveries and 5-7 working days for International deliveries. 

Please note we do not organise delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

We will endeavour to deliver overseas orders to all customers on time. However, panache cannot be held responsible for delays or no-delivery due to strikes, civil unrest or circumstances beyond our control.

Overseas customers are responsible for payment of import duties that are levied by there country.
