You must register with us to benefit from the Bonus Points Scheme. All products are allocated bonus points. Each time you purchase from www.panacheshoes.co.uk you will accumulate Bonus Points to use towards your next purchase. 10 Bonus Points = £1.00   If you have any queries feel free to contact us. 

Payment

Payment through www.panacheshoes.co.uk is completely safe and secure, there is also an integrated security check to stop fraudulent transactions. For your security and confidence Panache uses Protx, the best supplier of this service and recommended by all banks. By using this method of payment we never see your details. We only receive notification via email that you have made a purchase, what you have purchased and where to ship your purchase. 

If you are still unconvinced by this extremely safe system feel free to call panache on 01628 483134/525777 to place your order and we can take your card details over the telephone. Alternatively, you can send a cheque in the post and upon cheque clearance we will send you your purchase.

All prices on the panacheshoes website include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 17.5%(this may vary). This applies to all purchases from EU countries.

Your Personal Details

Your personal details will not be used by any other company. Panache may use your email purely for sending promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to receive any promotional details please advise.

Delivery

All deliveries within the UK and Ireland will be delivered in 2-3 working days from confirmation of despatch, in some cases NEXT DAY where possible. If we need to order in a non-stock item delivery would be 7-10 working days.

Delivery for International orders is not so easy to predict but typically 5 working days from confirmation of despatch.

Returns

If you are unhappy with the goods received please return them unused and in the original packaging(ie. shoe box or protective packaging) within 14days. Once panache is satisfied with condition of the return you will be refunded in full less a nominal delivery cost of £5.00. Alternatively, panache may offer replacement shoes or a replacement bag. This complies with the the UK Distance Selling Regulations. It is the customers responsibility to inform panache of any manufacturing faults or shipping damage when you receive your purchase. If you simply return the goods without contacting panache we cannot be liable for an exchange or credit. Panache will use its discretion in all cases where there are special conditions. 

Please take note that we do require a signature on delivery. Should the carrier not be able to deliver the goods or obtain a signature then a second attempt to deliver the item will be made without any charge. However, should our selected carrier not be able to complete the delivery on the second attempt and the goods are returned to panache this will be deemed a "cancelation after despatch" and a charge of £10.00 will be made against this purchase. 

Please note that if your goods are lost when you are returning them, we will not be able to refund you so we recommend you use an insured and traceable method for delivery.

Exchanges or Cancellations

In the event that you wish to exchange the goods please return the shoes or bag in the original packaging and unworn within 14days. Once we are satisfied with the return we will offer you an exchange which will be the subject of a delivery charge plus any differences in cost of the exchange.

If you wish to cancel an order and the order has not been despatched, you will receive a full refund.-
